1 127 JOHNSON, FRANK A, LONDON, ENGLAND: Johnson's "Key" mark on a circa1910-15 straight blade "Putting Cleek". G-7 $80
2 127 PARK, WILLIE, MUSSELBURGH, SCOTLAND: "Patent" and a partial "Wm Park" mark on a circa 1900 bent neck blade Putter. Shaft and grip are replacements. Head is rusted. G-4 $90
3 127 UNKNOWN MAKER: A nice circa 1900-1910 smooth, deep face blade with two four leaf clovers (not Spalding's) at heel and toe and a large thistle inside an oval with "Thistle" in block lettering. G-7 $90.
4 127 WHITING, SAM, ILKLEY: A circa late Teens dot punched off set blade stamped "Wry Neck Putter" and "Sam Whiting, Ilkley". The original shaft is ringed hickory with a nice wrapped leather grip. G-6 $80
ALUMINUM "MILLS" TYPE MALLET PUTTERS
5 127 CANN & TAYLOR, LONDON, ENGLAND: A "Mills" type aluminum head with "Model 'F'" and "10.14", signifying the weight in ounces, on the bottom. "J H Taylor, Reg. # 607239" is stamped above and below the unusual raised "sight" line on the head. There is a chip out of the hosel and a crack to the hosel pin on one side. Head and stampings are good, hosel is the only problem. G-5 $175.

6 127 BURKE MFG CO, NEWARK, OH: An outstanding Crescent head Putter with pointed toe and broad sole marked "Burke Prestwick Putter" with the "Bee" and "Flower" marks near the toe and heel. G-8 $150
7 127 HUNT MANUFACTURING, WESTBORO, MA: A circa 1898-1900 Approaching Putter. Very scarce and seldom offered. Shaft is a replacement. A few dings in the soft non-rustable metal head and hosel. "Hunt's Nonrustable" stamp is perfect. G-6+ $250
8 127 MACGREGOR, DAYTON, OH: A nice GEM style "Popular" Putter with large dots punched into the shallow face. Original stamped shaft with a play grip. Would make a good play putter. G-7 $65
9 127 SPALDING, USA: "M-18" below "Spalding Forged Model" in a triangle near the toe on a flanged head design the same as "Cooper" P-89 3rd photo. Quite scarce! All original. G-8 $75
10 127 SPALDING, USA: "Thistle" in large block letters between two large Thistle marks. No evidence of play except one "ding" in the face. Butt of grip/end of shaft shows no evidence of being in a golf bag. G-9+ $125
11 127 UNKNOWN MAKER: No markings on head or shaft. Face design on both sides. Shaft and grip are one piece wood and painted black. Probably a carpet game or parlor putter. G-5 $75
12 127 UNKNOWN MAKER: "1932" stamped on the toe of an otherwise unmarked two way blade Putter with five deep lines in the center of both sides. Most likely used for Putt-Putt or miniature golf. G-7 $75
13 127 UNKNOWN MAKER: "Metropolitan" in block lettering across the back and the Williams Co., Brooklyn, NY's "W Diamond" mark on the hosel of a circa 1898-1900 smooth face straight blade putter. Original shaft has a crack repair and a replacement wrapped leather grip. G-5 $85

87 127 SPALDING, USA: A circa 1906-1908 Lofting Iron with "Spalding Gold Medal" in block lettering. The letter "B" is stamped below "Hand Forged", and a small "L" is stamped at the toe. Four rows of widely spaced deep dots have been added to the face. Club has been shortened for Lady or Juvenile play. All back markings are strong and bold. Quite a scarce club. G-6 $65

95 127 SPALDING, USA: Hickory shafted "Robt. T Jones, Jr" #4 Iron, serial number "H-35384". About 1/2 the chrome is gone on the head and the original grip is short at the top with a small piece missing. Good straight shaft. G-5+ $250.
96 127 SPALDING, USA: Hickory shafted "Robt. T Jones, Jr" #6 Iron, serial number "H-35384". A little chrome loss on the hosel and sole. The original grip is a nice "look-a-like" replacement. If you are not familliar with these irons, you would not know this is a replacement. Good straight shaft. G-6+ $290.

112 127 UNKNOWN MAKER: An outstanding "Heelless Niblick X 5" with "Valor" in a "Shield" on back of a diamond back Anti-shank. Very similar head design to a Fairlie's patent smooth face niblick. Head was chromed. Shaft and grip are nice replacements. Circa 1900-05 and very scarce with a "Diamond" back design. G-8 $590

114 127 BRIDGEPORT GUN & IMPLEMENT CO, CT: A small head Driver with the "Arrow-BGI Co-Arrow" and "Trade Mark" on the Persimmon head and also having the number "69" stamped into the heel. Original slip was replaced with one of Brass. The "Ringed" hickory shaft is unmarked, but may be hidden by the extra long replacement grip. G-6 $290

117 127 COCHRANE'S LT'D, EDINBURGH, SCOTLAND: Circa 1920 Spoon with a full brass sole plate. "Cochrane's Lt'd., Edinburgh" on the head. All original and a nice Scottish made wood. G-7 $95
118 127 GIBSON, WILLIAM, KINGHORN, SCOTLAND: A left handed Brassie with "Gibson, Kinghorn" surrounding the "Star" mark on the head. Hatched scoring has been added to the face. Overall a nice wood. G-6+ $110.00
